I got the business leasing under her company, all I have to do is moving and running my business without having any issues or headaches, not at all.

I also bought a house through her, we just told her what we needed and she found our perfect needs.

She works through commissions of course, but that does not mean she will push you to buy the highest pricing houses. We were looking for 5 beds and 3 baths, and we were almost signed up for the contract. 3 days later she found me the best deal of my life so far. We got the BRAND NEW HOUSE FROM DR HORTON for $75000 OFF THE MARKET. Does it hurt her on financial, I believe it does, but does it hurt her to build more clients, I do not think so. Because from that moment on, I know who will I trust on the housing side. She is not only got me the deal, and she also saves me from the process, super simple and helpful.

Mrs. Quynh and Mrs. Jodie, thank you for always put your customers priority on top those commissions. As I always tell myself, you gotta loose some to win some, and in this case Mrs. Quynh has proved that money is not everything, the relationships do. I will tell all my friend about you, I will find my way to lead them to you ma’am.

Quynh helped us sell our current home and purchase our new dream home in less than 1 week (no BS).  Quynh is courteous, exudes a high-level of professionalism, and most importantly is honest and responsive.

-Strong negotiation skills: Quynh helped us negotiate our purchase for well under asking price, in addition, she was able to negotiate several add-ons that greatly benefitted our pocket book.   She sold our previous home at full asking price which was at the high-end of market comparables.

-Clear communication: Quynh keep us informed at every step of the way.  She laid out a detailed step-by-step plan from contract acceptance to closing.  Quynh has a “no-surprises” approach and kept us informed of all events whether positive or negative.  Quynh responded to all of our questions/text within 5 mins and never left us hanging on a question or request.   She also kept everything very simple – I am not in the real estate business and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

-Well connected:  Quynh is well connected and provided great references for inspection, repairs, and compliance items.  She always had a contact to help in any situation and these references were as honest and reliable as she is.
